Emerson Bilodeau
Director of Quality and Engineering, AeroDynamics
Upon Emerson Bilodeau’s arrival at AeroDynamics two years ago, it was clear he was the missing link the company needed to grow. After graduating with an engineering degree from Cornell University, he worked in materials engineering for a few years before coming to AeroDynamics as a process engineer, and was quickly promoted to his current role. As a leader, Bilodeau is calm, level-headed and encourages his employees to think critically. He has played a integral part in several large-scale projects and has spearheaded efforts toward merit Nadcap accreditation, enhanced cybersecurity and automation. His employers say Bilodeau has a deep desire to solve inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and uses an analytical approach to increase quality, throughput and profitability.
